    • Full Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning. A gift certificate is provided for a local restaurant, (establishments are changed randomly) $20.00 (for parties of 2) $10.00 (for party of 1).

    • Rates based on single or double occupancy

    • Rates are subject to 13% Galveston County occupancy tax.

    • No Alcohol (Except in Rooms)

    Corporate and vacation rentals do not include breakfast.

    Deposit: $500 (to hold reservation)
    30 days prior to arrival to cancel
    Full payment expected at least 15 days before arrival
Limit five to six people per home - Strictly enforced
    No loud weekend parties allowed.
